Obwohl niemand wirklich weiß, was dieses Handelsabkommen enthält, da es noch geheimgehalten wird, suchen schon die  Handelsvertreter der Regierung nach berühmten Professoren, die für die Öffentlichkeit das Abkommen preisen und dafür werben könnten. Nach dem Motto: „Wir können mit Euch nicht teilen, was im TPP steht, aber wir möchten Euch gerne erzählen, wie toll es ist.“
